Experiência fantástica: The first couple of times I went to see Patricia was because of neck issues - I had been suffering from vertigoes due to neck muscles for a long time. I had had bad experiences with other physios so I was a little traumatized. I explained my fears to Patricia and she was understanding. I honestly was reluctant to anyone else touching my neck but of course - she had to. I was very nervous and scared but never did I feel sick after a session with Patricia. After a while I went back because I had pain in my right Achilles tendon - so much I could not even go into the child pose. She started assessing my feet, my knees, my hip and concluded that my alignment was not right. Turned out that I was not walking properly, which was creating a full misalignment throughout my body: from my ankles to my neck. She prepared insoles tailored for my needs and shared them only in a few days. It's now been 4 months since I wear them and the pain in my Achilles is totally gone (already within a couple of weeks!). But, most importantly, I think finding out the issues with my alignment was the touchstone for really treating my neck and vertigoes from its root. I do (want to) believe that the insoles will help me leave those vertigoes episodes behind. So far, at least, I've not had a tight neck, which was something common before.

A Patrícia conseguiu perceber e explicar tudo muito bem o que eu tinha, fez uma avaliação detalhada. Fez também um plano de tratamento e conseguiu tratar a minha fascite plantar e para além disso fez umas palmilhas personalizadas (muito rápido foi uns 3 dias) para conciliar com os tratamentos. Senti logo resultados e uma melhoria muito grande a partir da terceira sessão. Estou muito satisfeita . A Patrícia é muito profissional. Recomendo muito!

Experiência fantástica: One of the best massages I’ve ever had. My husband and I each booked a massage with Patricia, and she was absolutely exceptional. She gave my husband a deep tissue massage, including dry needling where it was really needed, and I had what was described as a relaxing massage. “Relaxing” doesn’t quite do it justice. It was a highly targeted treatment that focused on exactly the right areas, using just the right amount of pressure to release tension without ever becoming uncomfortable. You could immediately tell that Patricia is a qualified physiotherapist who truly understands the body and knows exactly what she’s doing. This was in a completely different league from the average holiday massage. It was professional, therapeutic, and incredibly effective. We’re already trying to book another appointment before we leave. Thank you, Patricia—you do outstanding work!

Experiência fantástica: Had to find someone who could treat me at short notice for right leg sciatica and piriformis right pain and this lady was both local to villa and very good at treating my issue to allow some pain relief, my only regret is that I wish I had more time for her to have treated my condition as she really impressed me with her knowledge and treatment style.

I was doing physiotherapy 5 times a week but I was stuck for months and making no progress. After one session with Patricia (dry needeling at first) I started crying with relief of the pain and relief of the knowledge that I wasn’t “stuck” and I was going to get better. Since then we’ve built on that and my progress has been incredible. She is a special level of expert. If you have made it this far on this review you are probably all ready convinced to book a session.
