I didn’t really tell him where the pain was, but he found it himself, definitely a skilled pro. He's also really good at communicating, which made the whole thing even better. I felt way better physically and mentally after. He genuinely cares!

Fui ao rafa por intermedio de pessoas conhecidas e uma sessao chegou para que passado 2 diasa dor tivesse desaparecido. Experiência fantástica: What a nice surprise. Rafa was recommended to me by a friend. Rafa had helped him quickly with a similar tendon problem. I didn’t expect anything. But I had to try. Because this injury had been bugging me for a long time. It’s 2 weeks after the treatment . And I can say it’s 90% better. On top of that Rafa knows al lot about different sorts of training and knows little tips/ tweaks that helped me improve in my sports already. Also a very entertaining guy I must say. Like I said . I didn’t expect it to get better. Nice surprise

Je m'étais fais mal à l'épaule et je ne pouvais plus ni ramer, ni passer la barre, ni continuer mes entraînements en piscine. Alors mon prof de surf, Nuno Pereira m'a orientée vers Rafael qui m'a reçu super rapidement (ses plannings étaient chargés et c'était mes 3 derniers jours sur Péniche). Rafael m'a fait un massage de l'épaule et du dos, bah ça a été magique parce le lendemain j'étais souple et j'ai pu reprendre le surf, passer la barre et tout . Rafael est super gentil, très pro et trop fort. Je recommande. Et encore un grand merci . Rafael est au top

He has a loving and encouraging approach and really took the time to listen to my concerns, helping me regain my confidence in surfing. He gave me a great massage to relieve tension and showed me exercises to support my recovery. After seeing him, I was able to surf again!

Experiência fantástica: Fui visitar o Rafa porque tinha durante um mês e meio uma dor na lombar que se prolongava para as costas todas e em apenas uma sessão, consegui ficar logo bom e sem dores! Ao longo da sessão e do tratamento dele, tivemos sempre um ótimo ambiente, num espaço super acolhedor, música com o volume ideal e sempre conversa a fluir! Recomendo bastante e certamente que vou voltar com bastante frequência porque este Homem faz milagres mesmo! Muito obrigado mesmo Rafa !!

The combination of physio and osteopathy techniques are one of a kind. Do yourself a favour and book early in your stay so you can come for more then one treatment. If you are staying in Baleal or surrounding areas of Peniche. Make the effort. That £5 uber ride will be worth every penny. Highly recommended !

Experiência fantástica: Rafael is een fantastische professional. Ik belde hem na een surf ongeval en hij heeft mij dezelfde avond geholpen. Hij heeft mij zeer kundig en grondig onderzocht. Je hoort gewoon de ervaring en de enorme kennis van zijn vak als hij de vragen stelt. Verder is hij ook nog eens ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. Hij heeft mij aangeraden om naar het ziekenhuis te gaan, want zijn vermoeden was een gebroken rib. Zijn diagnose was correct. Daarna heeft hij mij ook nog adviezen gegeven zeer laat op de avond. Echt een hele goede fysio therapeut. Als ik weer kan surfen zou ik zeker bij hem terug gaan bij klachten. Wat een vakman!

Experiência fantástica: Rafa is a great professional - came to him pretty broken, sore knee that barely allowed me to walk, definitely not surf + long going issues with my neck spine. I was in Peniche only for 9 days (and I guess was hoping for a miracle from the ocean) and made it to Rafa twice. Not that my problems went magically away, but it certainly helped significantly (made it to surf at last) and I have great confidence in Rafa's knowledge and skills. I wish he lived in my country so I could see him regularly... ‍♂️
